in one of my favorite dishes you can enjoy it at any time, burish data depending on where it part of italy you come from. it is so simple to make a few ingredients and a few secrets. we toasted some beautiful fresh bread and we added a little bit of shredded mozzarella but we did not put it. we put it on and let the heat from the bread warm up the cheese. for the topping we have some great tomatoes cut in half, i added some salt and cement which extracts the flavor of the tomatoes. we had some red onions and scallions and mix that in and out of the basal, and then, we will put a little bit more kosher salt. we will not put chopped garlic, sometimes that overpowers everything, so we will add some garlic salt just like this. it little bit of red pepper flakes. champagne vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. what you want to do is let it sit for a little while until all the flavors get together in the refrigerator. then we mix this up and we generously put it right on top of here. easy to make, super delicious, and let me tell you something, it will be a hit. this is tony's table, i hope you en
